1.   목 적
가. 논리적 글쓰기를 통한 사고력 및 영어 쓰기 능력 향상
나. 온라인 학습지원을 통한 자기주도적 학습 능력 신장
 
2.   방 침
가. 교육 대상: 도내 초・중・고등학생 340명
나. 교육 인원: 매주 10명, 3월~12월 연간 34회 운영 예정
다. 국제교육원 중부분원 홈페이지 게시판 활용을 통한 접근성 확보
라. 다양한 에세이 주제를 통한 영어 글쓰기 능력 신장 기회 제공
마. 원어민 교사를 활용한 수준별 맞춤형 영작 첨삭지도
 
3.   교육 내용
가. 영어 글쓰기 방법(홈페이지 게시판 탑재) 숙지 후 에세이 작성
나. 예시주제 중 택 1 혹은 자유주제 가능

초등학생 1. Who is someone important in your life? Describe that person.
2. What is the most important quality of a good friend? How do you exhibit this quality in your friendship?
3. When is a time that you helped another person? How did you feel?
4. What do you want to be when you grow up and why?
5. Where is your favorite place to visit and why?
6. What can you do to save water and why is it important?
중학생
  1. are examples of sustainable development and how does it affect our lives?
2. Why do we need to respect individual differences?
3. What can you do to protect the environment?
4. Is it ethical to perform medical experiments on animals?
5. Is technology limiting creativity in young people?
6. Should boys and girls be in separate classes and why?
고등학생
  1. are responsibilities global citizens have?
2. Should wealthy people be required to share their wealth among the poor?
3. Should the governments of different countries make the rules for accepting refugee?
4. What impact does social media have on modern human life?
5. Are GMOs safe for human consumption?
6. In this time of AI, is it still necessary for people to learn English?
 
4.   참가 방법
가. 충청북도국제교육원 중부분원 홈페이지(http://www.cbiei.go.kr/jincheon)
(온라인공부방> 온라인 Writing Class 참가방법 숙지 후 에세이 작성)
나. 매주 일요일~수요일 에세이 업로드 가능(주당 선착순 10명)
다. 매주 금요일 원어민 교사의 맞춤형 피드백 제공(구성, 내용, 어법 등에 대한 조언)
참가방법(일,월,화,수,목,금,토)
